  Wow amazing flowers!!! love this florist the staff are friendly,helpful and there customer service is excellent ,I can't recommend Sutton's florist enough.

  Problems all the way took over a week to refund me for an order i cancelled i had to phone up twice for it because apparently their system or account had sent it to the wrong place. Id also placed a new order weeks in advance but was phoned ON THE MORNING of valentines day and told i now couldnt have the order because it had split. They said i could have a different bunch that was already made up in the shop i got no money back off them and they were nothing at all like the ones i wanted, The box was a dull grey suttons box not the pink heart box like i originally wanted and was part of the reason for my original cancellation not happy at all as it kinda ruined the day for me.
